Thank you to Marcas and Steve at Attica Motorsports for helping us along the way with the purchase of our 2022 Polaris RZR XP 4 1000! We live 2 hours away and Marcas was very forthcoming with the details of the machine via email and text. Round trip, we traveled to their store, test drove, arranged to finance, and was home in 5 hours. Update: I’ve been working on trying to get the warranty as originally stated on my bill of sale with 3 additional years remaining settled. They said Polaris was contacted but never heard back from the Attica Sales team on it. Polaris told me the dealership failed to transfer the warranty. After more than 5 months no one will call me back. Emails go unanswered. Phone calls not retuned. Not sure what it going on here, but just want them to make it right. Guess I’ll have to take the 2 hour drive to get face to face. Update 2: I went in and talked to Roy. He was able to work with Polaris directly and resolve the clerical issue. We're back in business with peace of mind until 2026. Thanks Roy!

WARNING BEWARE WARNING Place is horrible. Supposed to be an authorized Polaris dealer. Was referred to them. Filled out pre-approval paperwork and I hear nothing call the guy Steve has no idea about anything. Tells me to go online and fill out paperwork again did that and they don't have the year on the finance application for the year. so I call back and he's supposedly busy. Going on 4 days now call back and ask to speak with a sales representative there supposedly all busy. Left my number no call back. Place is the worse I was going to buy one cash and finance one. Your loss Place sucks. Beware buy elsewhere. What a shame and waste of time

What a mess from the start. Was shown the wrong machine. Had to negotiate over the phone days later. Had to drive back 2hrs again to buy. Purchased in February and still have yet to receive title or registration paperwork. Payoff of trade was not sent in as promised. Was charged a late fee and interest on my trade in. Was told from finance and title clerk "there is nothing we can do". Overall very poor experience on the sales side. Would not recommend. Also don't trust the online trade value tool. They will not stand behind it. I was offered way less for my trade that had 117 miles on it.
